Olive Cotton- Photos

To capture this image, I used some objects and zoomed in to them at a low view point so that it would be hard to distinguish what the objects were. The lighting was coming from the left side of the image from a window which gave natural sunlight.

For this image, I zoomed close into the image and focused in on the little indents and blurred out the background. The object was a shell which had a nice glossy finish, which looked great when zoomed
into. The lighting again was caused by natural sunlight, from a window on the left side of the photo

This image is captured from a low view point this time focusing on the plant brush and blurring out the plant stem. This created an image that looked good and focused on the main thing. The source of light was coming from sunlight this lightened the left side and brought darkness to the other side.

This object is a small rosary that is sitting on a ledge. The sharp reflection coming of the object gave the image a nice touch as we could see that the light was coming from above the image. The image focused in on some of the balls where as it blurred out the ones closer to the viewer, this produced a beautiful image.

This image is one of my favourites as this photo is of a clock and represents time. The artificial lighting came from two lamps from the left and right of the image which produced some nice shadows inside the clock. The second hand gives a shadow which is seen on the clock which gives it a nice touch. Zooming in on the 10, 11, and 12 numbers gives a sense that time is old and will keep on going.

To capture this image, I zoomed into the end of a shell and focused in on the various patterns on it had. The lighting was coming from the right side of the image, from a warm lighting lamp. The contrast between the dark background and the light, cloudy colour of the shell go together beautifully and aids in the aesthetics of this photo.
